SBW Classic Portable Released

SBW Classic is an earlier version on SBWin. Although it is older, it should suffice for people having problems with SBWin 3.0b2. Since SBWin 3.0b2 is no longer being developed, I have decided to release this earlier version as a portable app. This is useful for USB sticks, but can also be run directly from the folder, without installation.
