A user on an unofficial Dingoo support site has listed Code Isle Software’s SMD BIN WIN as a download. Thanks to the user Extaticus for posting it!

It appears that SMD BIN WIN is very popular in China. Hacker Xanadu has translated the majority of it into Chinese.

Plans are being made to allow SBWin to be cross platform. This means SBWin will run on Linux, Mac, and Windows! Stay tuned for more details.
